Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to order, dated 25.09.2014, passed in O.A.No.588 of 2013, on the file of the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the second and third respondents to provide appointment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds in any one of the suitable posts.
