(Crime No.681 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in the order dated 28.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10882 of 2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10882 of 2020 dated 28.07.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10882 of 2020 dated 28.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
