The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1127 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.89 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023 that "the petitioners shall report before the trial court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1127 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.89 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m once in two months on the first working day of English Calendar month, commencing from the first working day of August 2023.
