This Criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to amend the Crime No. as " 20 of 2021" instead of "Crime No. Not Known of 2021", and further amend the offences under sections as "406, 417, 420 and 506 (ii) of IPC " instead of sections"294(b), 506(ii) and 420 of IPC" and bail to satisfaction of "Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam" instead of "Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vilupuram" in the order dated 23.07.2021 made in Crl.OP.No. 12742 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 23.07.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.12742 of 2021 and issue a fresh order copy.
