He has also made the following endorsement: "The petitioner herein has filed appropriate complaints in C.C.Nos.95, 96 and 97 /2019 on the file of District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Chennai (North) seeking for appropriate relief. The same is in susjudice before the concerned forum. In such view of the matters, the present writ petitions are withdrawn"

2. In view of the same, all the Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
