This Application has been filed to accept the English translation of Tamil Will dated 15.04.1998 filed in O.P.Dr.No.91419 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. Perused the translated copy of Will from Tamil to English.

3.The translated Will in English, which is sought to be accepted by this Court was translated and attested by Mr.S.Rajeshkumar, learned counsel for the Applicants on record as required by Rules.

4.After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicants in the interest of justice, subject to proof, this Petition is ordered.
