2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the subject writ lands in S.Nos.407/2, 407/3, 407/4, 407/12, 407/13, 407/14 & 407/15 are all patta lands. Pattas have been issued in the year 1976.

3. As pattas are already issued in favour of individuals, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be considered. The aggrieved person can challenge the patta before the authority under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983.

4. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no orders as to costs.
