Crl.M.P.No.8723 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8274 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8274 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Cuddalore New Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8274 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
