Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.446/2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.18/2014 on the file of the learned Special Court (under Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012), Vellore, Vellore District dated 06.10.2020 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the said CRL A.446/2020 [IN CRL.MP.NO.6809 OF 2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.446/2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MADHAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that he is not pressing the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
