Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass final order on the enquiry conducted in Rc.12933/11/A6/Chennai, the petitioner has come forward to file the writ petition.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint to the 1st respondent, which resulted in enquiry against the 2nd respondent. The 1st respondent has issued the enquiry notice in Na.Ka.12933/11/A6/Chennai on 13.11.2014 for appearance of the parties on 27.11.2014. Though more than one year has elapsed, no final order has been passed. In the meanwhile, the 2nd respondent is going on acting contrary to the Wakf. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate final orders in pursuant to the enquiry notice aforesaid dated 13.11.2014 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
