This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.6797 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.464 of 2024 vide order dated 24.04.2024, to appear before the learned Special Judge for Prevention of Corruption Act cases, Coimbatore, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

2. Mr.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6797 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.464 of 2024 vide order dated 24.04.2024, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge for Prevention of Corruption Act cases, Coimbatore, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of once in three months of English Calendar month, commencing from 01.08.2024, until further orders." 22.07.2024 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
