Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 1766 days in paying the deficit court fees in the second appeal is condoned, on condition, the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund', within a period of one week from today, failing compliance, this petition shall stand automatically be dismissed.
