RESPONDENTS Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to the impugned order of suspension dated 16.11.2015 vide Na.Ka.No. 29653/2015/X1 and quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Thali with all consequential service benefits. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Though the petitioner has filed the writ petition to quash the order of the suspension passed by the first respondent dated 16.11.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard Mr.R.Thamaraiselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents seeking vacation of the suspension order by enclosing a copy of this order as well as the earlier copy of the representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents, on receipt of the same, are directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks therefrom and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
