The petitioner made a representation on 18.11.2015 to the respondent stating that as per Dr.Muthulakshmi Reddy Maternity Benefits Scheme, she is entitled for requisite payment in pursuant to the delivery of the child. Thereafter, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking consideration of the said representation dated 18.11.2015 by the respondent within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the above, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 18.11.2015 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send another copy of the said representation to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enclosing a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order. It is made clear that appropriate orders can either be passed by the respondent or by directing any other authority under him to do so.
