By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. According to the petitioner, she is a divorcee and she has been working as a Librarian on daily wages for the past 14 years and she is paid a meagre amount of Rs.200/- per day.

3. The petitioner would claim that she has successfully completed 12th standard in distance education at Annamalai University in the year 2007 and subsequently, completed CLIS (Certificate Program in Library and Information Science) in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

year 2008. The petitioner sent a representation dated 22.07.2015 to regularise her service. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Heard Mr.V.Malleeswari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
