Request acceded to.

2. Captioned applications are disposed of as closed albeit preserving the rights and contentions of both sides and making it clear that this Court has not expressed any view or opinion on the contents/averments in the affidavits supporting the captioned applications. To be noted, such preservation of rights includes the rights of the parties to file or resist similar/same application/s if the need arises in the days to come.
