O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contends that the impugned advertisement for public action/tender for shops and daily markets issued by the Respondents is challenged on the ground that tender applications have not been made available to the participants including the Petitioner. 2.

Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondents, on instructions, states that it has been specifically mentioned in the impugned advertisement that those persons intending to participate in the tender may contact the office of the Temple of the Respondents in person and that the Petitioner without making any attempt in this regard, has rushed to this Court. A copy of the application for tender with the terms and conditions also has been produced before this Court, which is placed on record. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. It is made clear that it is open to the Petitioner to collect the application form from the office of the Temple of the Respondents and submit the duly filled up application form with necessary documents within the stipulated time limit and participate in the tender. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
