2. The petitioners herein are the appellants in the Second Appeal No.512 of 2017. Since all the petitioners have not joined together, the petitioners herein are compelled to file the present CMP to accept the cause title as shown in the Review Application SR. The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that all the petitioners have not joined together and hence, the other petitioners are shown as respondents in the Petition and since, the Registry is insisting to file an application to accept the cause title, this present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.
