This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6490 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Arani Taluk Police Station twice in a week i.e. on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6490 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Arani Taluk Police Station on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
