ORDER

The petitioner prays for issuance of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from insisting the petitioner and the petitioner's customers either to obtain transport permits or to get mentioning of the final place of destination in the bills issued by the Public Works Department to transport the processed or filtered or raw sand from the stockyard of the petitioner measuring 3 Acres 49.5 Cents, comprised in Survey No.18\2-A, situated at PULIYAMBEDU Village, Thiruverkadu, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District to the place of the petitioner's purchasers destination.

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to the effect: "The Writ Petition has become infructuous''

3.In view of the above statement and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs.
