(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 302 of I.P.C. in connection with Crime No.1144 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pending application, the petitioner was arrested. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.
