2. Mr.Kingston Jerold, for S.K.Rakhunathan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 has reported no objection for restoration of the Second Appeal.

3. Recording no objection reported by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6, C.M.P.No.17998 of 2022 is ordered and the appeal S.A.No.34 of 2011 is ordered to be restored.

4. Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for 2nd appellant and in his place, print the name of Mr.M.Muruganandam, as learned counsel counsel for 2nd appellant and post the Second Appeal for final hearing in the 2nd week of February 2023.
