PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in No.591/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 28/05/2024 against the petitioner's son branding him as Goonda and Quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's son Caleb Francis S/o.Moorthy Moses aged about 25 years now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
