2. Mr.S.Senthil Nathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a staff nurse in the Government Medical College Hospital, Thiruvarur since 24.09.2013 and she had given a representation to the respondents seeking transfer to the Government Hospital, Virudhunagar on the ground that she has to take care of her one year old child and aged father-in-law and mother-in-law. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. It is further submitted that on 29.12.2015 some of the staff nurses were promoted as superintendent. So, there are some vacancies arose in virdhunagar and neighbouring Districts.

4. Heard Mr.S.Senthil Nathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
