This petition has been filed to modify the condition with respect to "the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks" imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.10546 of 2023, vide order dated 24.05.2023, in Crime No.170 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10546 of 2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
