ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) On 26.07.2024, this Court has passed the following interim order:- "Pursuant to a statutory notice, Mrs.Manonmani, the Inspector of Police, Vaniyambadi Town Police Station, Tirupattur, present before this Court. On her instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that they are willing to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi in Crl.M.P.No.5131 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023, and that they would return the car bearing Reg.No.TN-04-AJ-7707, Engine No.IKD6977098, Chase No.MBJIIJV51050331820613, today to the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to receive the car.

3.Call on 02.08.2024, for recording compliance of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor."

2. Pursuant to the order dated 26.07.2024, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the car has been handed over to the petitioner.

3. However, it is brought to our notice that challenging the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, the respondent has filed a Criminal Revision Case before the learned Principal District Judge, Tirupattur. Hence, the return of the car is subject to the final outcome in Criminal Revision Case.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner is directed not to alienate the car, till the final order is passed in the Criminal Revision Case.
