The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2.After considering the reasons mentioned in the application, I am of the view that the delay in 247 days in representing the Crl.RC.SR.No.62236 of 2018 can be condoned, but, however, the petitioner is directed to pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One Thousand Only] to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks' Association, High Court, Madras, on or before 26.08.2022.

3. Accordingly, this petitioner is ordered.
