This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to accept the application submitted by the petitioner for renewal of Certificate of fitness for vehicle bearing registration no.PY02 P 2191 without insisting on the original Registration Certificate book of the vehicle within a time frame fixed by this Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the present writ petition has become infructuous since the application submitted by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner for renewal of Certificate of fitness for vehicle bearing registration no.PY02 P 2191 was accepted by the respondent(s) Department.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication and therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
