When the matter came up for hearing on 13.12.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has no instructions from the petitioner and prayed to remove his name. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list on 14.12.2022. Today, the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list. When the matter is called today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed a memo stating that he has no instructions from the petitioner Management. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
