Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of adinterim stay of operation of the Judgment and decree dated 30.01.2020 passed in AS.No.16 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore, confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.11.2017 passed in the Counter claim in OS.No.156 of 2005 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Cuddalore, till the disposal of the second appeal.
