PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Letter No.14578/UD-VII(1)/2022-4, dated 19.12.2022 and to quash the same and pass orders.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed for a Certiorari calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Letter No.14578/UD-VII(1)/2022-4, dated 19.12.2022 and to quash the same and pass orders.
2. On 23.06.2023, when this matter came before this Court, this Court passed an order as follows:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks 12 months time for rectification of the defects pointed out by the Corporation in violating the building plan. This Court directs the respondent official to inspect the property and file a detailed report indicating the period required for rectifying the defects pointed out by the Corporation.
2. List the matter on 28.06.2023 for filing the report."
3. Today, a status report has been filed by the third respondent, 2/4
wherein it is stated that on inspection it was found that a period of 3 to 4 months will be sufficient for the petitioner to carry out the rectification of the defects in the building in question.
4. Based on the status report filed by the third respondent, we are inclined to grant four months' time for carrying out the rectification of the defects as pointed out by the respondent Corporation. If the petitioner fails to rectify the defects pointed out by the Corporation, within the period of four months, no further time will be granted and the respondent Corporation would at liberty to take action in accordance with law.
5. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.17540 and 17542 of 2023 are closed. [D.K.K., J.] [P.D.B., J.] 28.06.2023 Index : Yes/No mrn D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.
