..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from interfering with the operation of the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 39 BE 6565 (via) the old bus stand while operating her stage carriage service in between Kangeyam and Bannari or vice versa (via) Sivanmalai, Padiyur, Nambiyur, Tiruppur, Perumanalur etc. in accordance with the permit conditions.

The present Writ Petition is filed for a direction to forbear the 2nd respondent from interfering with the operation of the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 39 BE 6565 (via) the old bus stand while operating her stage carriage service in between Kangeyam and Bannari or vice versa (via) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sivanmalai, Padiyur, Nambiyur, Tiruppur, Perumanalur etc. in accordance with the permit conditions.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the entire materials available on record. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not able to get any instructions from the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner has sold the vehicle to one K.Dhandapani, Karur on 27.03.2018 and permit was also transferred to the said K.Dhandapani on the same date and in view of the same, the petitioner expressed her willingness to withdraw the Writ Petition.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
