2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already been covered by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3549 of 2016 dated 03.06.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission, following the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3549 of 2016 dated 03.06.2016, no separate order is required in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
