This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8894 of 2021 dated 08.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15217 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021 to appear before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m till filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
