Challenging the order passed dated 05.05.2023 passed by the Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore in E.P.No.73 of 2022, the petitioner management has filed this writ petition.

for the petitioner management submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
