This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur by order dated 02.09.2015 made in Crl.M.P.No.922 of 2015.
2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Cr.No.7 of 2015 for the offences u/s 120-B, 418, 419 and 420 IPC against six accused, wherein Subramani, Senthilkumar and Balu were arraigned as A3, A5 and A6. A3, http://www.judis.nic.in

gms A5 and A6 filed Crl.M.P.No.922 of 2015 before the District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and the learned Judge was pleased to grant anticipatory bail on 02.09.2015, challenging which the de facto complainant has filed the present petition for cancellation of bail.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.7 of 2015 was completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.378 of 2016, in which, the name of Subramani, Senthilkumar and Balu has been deleted.
