(b) directing the respondents to repay a sum of Rs.4.38.15 Crores till the date of suit together with future interest at the rate of 36% on the principle amount of Rs.3.45 Crores from the date of suit till the date of realization and (b) for costs of the suit.

J U D G M E N T
The parties have filed a memo of understanding as per which the defendants have agreed to execute a sale deed in respect of the property in favour of the plaintiff.
2. Today when the matter was called, it is represented by the counsel for the defendants that a sale deed pursuant to the said memo of understanding has been executed.
3. As per the memo of understanding the decree passed in the suit stands satisfied. Hence, full satisfaction is recorded. E.P.No.168 of 2018 will stand terminated. No costs. Consequently, the connected applications are closed.
