This petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1456 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, this Court directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only) each to the credit of Crime No.379 of 2021 within fifteen days in para 6(a) of the order. He would further submit that they were not able to mobilise the funds due to financial crisis within the stipulated period and furnish sureties. Hence, the present petitions have been filed to modify the condition as well as extension of time granted by this court. 1/3

Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioners in the petition seems to be justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- totally to the credit of Crime No. 379 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court-I, Pollachi, Coimbatore and the defacto complainant is directed to withdraw the amount by filing an undertaking affidavit. Accordingly, time granted by this Court is extended for the period of two weeks.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 1456 of 2022 vide order dated 25.01.2022 shall remain unalterted.
