O R D E R

The petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 11.11.2014 on account of his involvement in a criminal case. The petitioner was initially arrested and subsequently, he was enlarged on bail. The petitioner submitted a representation on 01.12.2014 requesting the second respondent to review the order of suspension. Since further action was not taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 01.12.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed with in a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
