Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition No.10 (c ) to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent, as imposed in the order dated 10.09.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.11879 of 2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11879 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020, that the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. The 3rd petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily for a period of one week and thereafter as an when required.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11879 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and 3rd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
