PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties, as granted vide order dated 06.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15768 of 2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties, as granted vide order dated 06.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15768 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15768 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 with some conditions. He would further submit that since the 2nd and 3rd petitioners were affected by viral fever, the petitioners could not comply with the condition within the stipulated time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
