ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Section 82 and 85 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in Crime No.Not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that it is only a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.117 of 2025 and an FIR has not been registered.
3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023, and on such time, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondents shall not arrest the petitioners.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
