Heard Mr. N.Manokaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents and Mr. T.Shanmugham, Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.3,56,535/- incurred by the Petitioner for medical treatment at Sri Ramakrishna Hospital, Coimbatore between 10.04.2019 and 30.04.2019 by considering his representation dated 12.07.2021 made in that regard.

When it was pointed out that by Proceedings in Na. Ka. 323/2021/A3 dated 06.07.2021 issued by the Fourth Respondent, such claim of the Petitioner had already been rejected, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission 2/4

of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the said order and seek other consequential reliefs in appropriate proceedings and he has also made endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
