ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 18.7.2022 passed in W.A.No.1654 of 2022.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate-General, by producing the copy of Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.150, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, dated 14.06.2024, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by issuance of the aforesaid Government Order dated 14.6.2024.

4. In the light of the above, the contempt petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The respondents/contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
