ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 24.06.2020 for the offence under Sections 8 (c) r/w 22 (c), 23, 28 and 29 of NDPS Act in F.No.O.S.No/11/2020-PAD-INT-AIR(R.R 21/2020) on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy before the lower Court.
