2. Heard Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent.
3. A counter-affidavit is filed by the first respondent. In the counter-affidavit, the first respondent affirms that the second respondent belongs to the Scheduled Caste community. She is provided with the community certificate by the Tahsildar, Bhavani Taluk. The said certificate bears No.005258, dated 16.11.1995.
4. In the light of that, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
