ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No. 10473 of 2020 dated 18.08.2020. that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first and third petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and the second petitioner has not been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed with regard to second petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with regard to the second petitioner and with regard to first and third petitioners this petition is ordered and they are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.
