The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to alter the offences in Crime No.9 of 2011 on the file of the third respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that the accused was acquitted in C.C.No.75 of 2012 (Crime No.9/2011) on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Omallur, on 03.05.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
