This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2024 for seeking an appointment under compassionate grounds. 2.

The petitioner's father was working as a Conductor and died while he was in service on 26.06.2001. The petitioner and other family members are the legal heirs of the deceased father. Further, the case of the petitioner is that, her mother has already deserted them and is residing with her parents. She also had paramour in some other village. 3.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate appointment on the demise of his father and pass orders appointing the petitioner in the suitable post, if otherwise she is eligible, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
