ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to give police protection to re-lay the pipeline damaged by the 4th respondent in the land in survey No.509/2A.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made representations before the respondent police on 20.01.2020 and thereafter on 20.07.2021 seeking for police protection for re-laying the pipeline damaged by the 4th respondent. However, there is no response from them. Hence, he prays for appropriate directions to the respondent police.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 20.01.2020 and 20.07.2021 and take action in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
